Segments work as an archive that accumulates historical records and stories from old apartments and houses throughout its layers of paint. The colouring material becomes a narrator, and it is through its cracks and holes that reveals something about the past, trapped in layers. Segments is an attempt to search into memory, listening to what walls have to say that besides containing colour also contain fragments of time.
